Mission
RULed by LigHt is a new pop-rock band born at the Musicians Institute: College of Contemporary Music in Hollywood, California. Led by singer-songwriter and U.S. Army Special Forces veteran, Ashoka, the band's mission is to serve at-risk veterans and first responders through songs of hope.
MUSIC
From Guns N Roses to Andrea Bocelli, RULed by LigHt has been influenced by a wide variety of artists and musical genres. With a tonal range from Johnny Cash to Cat Stevens, Ashoka's authentic bass-baritone vocals breathe soul into his intimate lyrics.
